What I do

I am an independent curator. I develop and deliver art projects for both contemporary and historic locations and help others to do so. I bring a broad experience of working with artists, commissioning, mentoring, public art and publications. I help to make art happen in the gallery, in urban and rural places, supporting organisations and individuals from initial ideas to completion.

Our projects are a catalyst for audiences to experience extraordinary art and extraordinary places in new ways. This approach leads to changing perceptions of places and narratives.There are many meeting points between artists, place and history. For the audience, viewing historical and contemporary art in the same context helps us to see the past through the artwork and understand it more clearly.
